Our screening process focuses on creating success for everyone involved: for our talent, for our client, and for our team. This is our process:
- Conduct a thorough job intake to understand company culture, requirements for the role, and our client’s expectations.
- Create a search plan of potential companies and talent most aligned with the roles we are recruiting.
- Initiate a preliminary review of portfolios and resumes in our network and outreach to new candidates.
- Initial conversation and evaluation of talent for skills, experience, interest, availability, rates, location preferences & work eligibility.
- In-depth internal interview (in-person, video, or call) with candidates to fully understand career goals, motivation, leadership, and culture fit.
- Client presentation and interview set-up.
- Process background and reference checks once the candidate moves towards the offer stage.
- Partner with both client and talent as needed through the various stages of offer delivery, salary negotiations, acceptance, placement, and onboarding.
