Here is a detailed breakdown of our recruitment process:

  1. Discovery: We start every conversation by conducting a comprehensive discovery session to gain an understanding of our client’s company culture, hiring needs and processes, role-specific requirements, and job performance expectations.
  2. Strategic Search Planning: Next, we strategize and create a search plan that identifies potential companies and talent that align most closely with the specific role we are recruiting for.
  3. Candidate Outreach: We initiate a preliminary review of portfolios and resumes within our existing network, while also actively reaching out to new referrals and candidates who fit the desired criteria.
  4. Initial Candidate Assessment: We engage in initial conversations with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, interests, availability, compensation expectations, location preferences, and work eligibility and pair qualifications to the required criteria of the role we are recruiting for.
  5. In-depth Candidate Interviews: Candidates who pass the initial assessment undergo comprehensive interviews, which can be conducted in person, via video, or through phone calls. Interviews delve deep into the candidate’s career goals, motivations, leadership qualities, and cultural nuances. We pair our findings and candidate qualifications with the required criteria of the role we are searching for.
  6. Client Presentation and Interview Coordination: We facilitate the introduction of selected candidates to our clients with detailed presentation write-ups and coordinate the logistics of interview scheduling.
  7. Background and Reference Checks: As candidates progress toward the offer stage, we verify references and conduct background checks to ensure suitability and job match.
  8. Offer Management: Throughout the entire process, we serve as a bridge between our clients and candidates, providing support during salary negotiations, acceptance of offers, placement, and the onboarding phase.
