Jamie Douraghy | Performance Coach & Facilitator
Jamie is the founder of Artisan Creative and is an executive coach and leadership team facilitator. His career draws from over 25+ years as an entrepreneur and competitive athlete.
As a lifelong competitive athlete, Jamie is a three-time USA Veteran National Fencing Champion and a nine-time participant at the Veteran World Fencing Championships. He is the author of On Guard and On Point and a Tedx speaker. He received an MA in International Relations from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
Jamie has worked with a broad range of organizations all over the globe and brings extensive experience working with senior executive teams to improve individual and team performance to achieve specific goals.
Jamie is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach, Conversational Intelligence facilitator, and WHY Discovery Coach.
Jamie’s focus is to help teams and executives to:

Katty Douraghy | Growth Facilitator
Katty is Artisan Creative’s President and is passionate about creating relationships based on trust. Since 2016, she has facilitated and created gatherings for hundreds of groups and cohorts for the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), YPO, Harvard Business School, and company leadership teams.
Katty believes we all have a story to share and that our greatest journey is through self-discovery. Her focus is to help teams unlock their full potential with a tailored, professionally facilitated workshop designed to identify strengths, foster collaboration, and uncover new opportunities to co-create, communicate, and thrive.
She is the author of The Butterfly Years, a journey through grief toward hope. Raised in San Francisco, England, and Iran, Katty brings a multicultural perspective to her interactions.
