This is a full-time role, and the work setup will be on-site in our client’s Los Angeles, CA, office. Please note that we are currently considering candidates based in Los Angeles, California.

Your Background & Expertise:
- Extensive experience leading global marketing, communications, and brand strategy initiatives
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, sustainability, and driving measurable business growth through integrated marketing strategies
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute global marketing and communications strategies that elevate brand awareness and customer engagement
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce, and performance marketing channels
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and growth goals
- Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and KPIs to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented marketing culture
- 8–10+ years of experience in senior-level marketing leadership, brand development, and communications
- Strong expertise in social media marketing, e-commerce strategy, and audience growth initiatives
- Ability to translate analytics and customer insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
