This is a full-time role, and the work setup will be hybrid. Please note, we are currently considering candidates based in Los Angeles, CA.

Your Background & Expertise:

  • Senior creative with expert command of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a strong eye for branding, digital, and experiential design
  • Skilled storyteller who translates concepts into persuasive, on-brand visual systems and can articulate design rationale with confidence
  • Proven mentor and collaborator who balances creative ambition with practical delivery across cross-functional teams

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and elevate brand design across multiple simultaneous projects, from initial brief through final execution, including partner and vendor coordination
  • Turn consumer and market insight into bold, multi-sensory visual concepts that are both imaginative and strategically grounded
  • Uphold an exceptional standard of craft and polish across every deliverable
  • Serve as a compelling creative voice in client presentations, workshops, and pitches
  • Cultivate strong client partnerships rooted in genuine understanding of their audience and market, spotting opportunities to push creative work further
  • Help shape project scope, resourcing, and scheduling, flagging risks early to keep initiatives on track
  • Partner with the Design Director to brief, guide, and coach junior, mid-level, and freelance creatives
  • Champion cross-disciplinary collaboration and a culture of shared ownership and continuous growth
  • Contribute standout creative work and strong client rapport that helps fuel new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma; After Effects experience a plus
  • Demonstrated success delivering polished work across branding, graphic, digital, and experiential design
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling instincts, with fluency in typography, visual systems, and design language
  • Confident, mentoring leadership style with experience directing and developing other designers
  • Practical, solutions-oriented mindset that balances big creative ideas with real-world project constraints
  • Collaborative and empathetic approach that builds trust across teams and with clients
  • Curious, forward-looking perspective on emerging trends and technology in design
  • Interest in sustainable design practices considered a strong plus
