This is a part-time freelance role, 20 hours per week (with potential to expand), ongoing. The position will require in-person work at our client’s NYC office for the first month of training, with flexibility to work remotely after that period. Hours are Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–3:00 PM ET, but are flexible. The target start date is April 1, 2026.
While we’re currently prioritizing candidates based in New York, we’re open to California-based talent who can work Eastern Time hours.

Your Background & Expertise:
- 2+ years of experience working in a media or entertainment company as a Project Manager, Producer, or in a related coordination role
- Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Interest in entertainment, digital media, and advertising, with an eagerness to learn and grow
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the ad sales group by managing project intake for our client’s creative studio, focusing on ad sales projects
- Based on the provided guidelines and SLAs, work in Asana to verify project info is complete, ensure proper fields are set up, confirm SLAs are to standard, and maintain good Asana ticket upkeep
- Communicate with Brand Account Managers as needed in Asana to field basic questions on timelines, assets, and setup
- Once assets are delivered, verify that links work, download assets to SharePoint, and confirm that project info is complete and ready for designers
- Assign projects to designers based on a provided skill set list
- Act as a liaison between creative and ad sales teams, ensuring clarity on specs, assets, and timelines
- Support projects from initial scoping through final delivery, keeping all stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or project coordinator within entertainment, digital media, or a related environment
- Solid proficiency with Asana, 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience (most of the work will be managed here)
- Understanding of the creative production process and common creative file types
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Slack
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop for opening and viewing assets (no design work required)
- Familiarity with advertising or ad sales workflows is a plus (agency or in-house)
- Experience with Airtable is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work from the NYC office for the first month of training is required; flexibility after that period
