This is a full-time role, and the work setup will be remote. Please note that we are currently considering candidates based in the United States.

Your Background & Expertise
- 4+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, social media, or agency marketing environments
- Strong writer and storyteller with experience creating content across digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, and web
- Highly organized project manager who thrives in collaborative environments and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and manage marketing initiatives across content, PR, social media, and thought leadership programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather assets, information, and insights from recent and upcoming campaigns or events
- Oversee content development and distribution, including newsletters, case studies, social media posts, and website updates
- Manage social media channels by creating engaging content and interacting with audiences across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Lead the industry awards submission process, including maintaining award calendars, drafting submissions, and coordinating case study development
- Organize content calendars, marketing trackers, and budgets while coordinating with finance teams for purchase orders and invoicing
- Support thought leadership initiatives through research, writing, and outreach for speaking opportunities and industry publications
- Monitor earned media and social performance while developing monthly and quarterly reports to track campaign impact and brand visibility
- Assist with meeting coordination, note-taking, and action item tracking for marketing and communications initiatives
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- Experience working at a marketing, advertising, or PR agency is required
- Experience managing brand or corporate social media channels and analyzing performance metrics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Slack
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Familiarity with content marketing best practices, SEO fundamentals, and website management platforms such as WordPress
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut
- Confidence collaborating with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Interest in emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools to improve marketing workflows
