This is a full-time, remote role, but travel is required for the events that you will be owning. Please note that we are currently considering candidates based in United States.
About Our Client:
- A well-established experiential marketing and brand production agency operating at the intersection of culture, creativity, and strategy
- Known for delivering immersive, insight-driven brand experiences across live events, digital, and integrated campaigns

Your Background & Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience leading live event production and experiential programs (beauty and entertainment is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish and budgets up to $1M
- A strong communicator and people leader who thrives in fast-paced, agency environments
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and lead end-to-end event production projects (3-4 events at various lifecycles), ensuring seamless onsite execution.
- Strong knowledge of event production, including technical production, permitting, fabrication, and AV
- Manage large-scale programs, overseeing timelines, budgets (up to $1M+), vendors, and resources
- Partner with cross-functional teams and agency partners to align on scope, schedules, and deliverables
- Serve as a primary client contact, providing clear and consistent communication throughout each program
- Develop, manage, and reconcile project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy
- Lead and support direct reports and temporary production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team
- Oversee onboarding, timesheets, and expenses across all project workstreams
- 5+ years of experience leading live event production and experiential programs
- Experience with beauty and entertainment experiential events is a plus
- Deep knowledge and passion around pop culture or entertainment is required
- Strong knowledge of event production, including technical production, permitting, fabrication, and AV
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and perform under tight deadlines in a live-event environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple applications, project management tools, and digital collaboration platforms
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, outdoors, and in physically active onsite settings as needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
