Your Background & Expertise
- 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or integrated campaign development, either agency-side or brand-side, but must have experience in experiential marketing and have been working within the B2B technology industry.
- Strong strategic storyteller with experience developing insight-driven creative briefs, presentations, and strategic frameworks
- Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and confidently present strategic recommendations to senior clients and leadership teams
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development of integrated brand and experiential marketing strategies that connect brands with culture and consumers
- Translate insights, cultural trends, and audience behavior into compelling strategic narratives and creative briefs that inspire internal teams and clients
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, communications, partnerships, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns, activations, and brand experiences
- Contribute to new business and RFP efforts, helping shape strategic responses and innovative solutions for prospective clients
- Lead strategic initiatives across brand and experiential strategy, new market and country launches, tentpole campaigns and activations, partnerships, and content strategy
- Dedicate a significant portion of your time supporting one of the fastest-growing brands in the tech industry, helping guide brand and experiential strategy across key initiatives
- Serve as a thought leader internally and externally, bringing cultural insights and category knowledge to strategic discussions
- Experience across marketing disciplines such as brand strategy, advertising, content strategy, media, events, or PR
- Must have experience working on experiential marketing strategies within the B2B Technology industry.
- Background working with brands in the automotive or CPG industries is a plus
- Experience developing cultural marketing initiatives and integrated marketing programs that connect brand objectives across channels
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of helping brands successfully go to market
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to craft persuasive decks and strategic storytelling
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and experience developing polished strategy presentations
