This is a full-time role with a hybrid work setup, 4 days onsite per week. We are currently considering candidates based in Los Angeles, CA.

Your Background & Expertise
- 4+ years in post-production, digital asset management, or creative operations — ideally in a high-volume studio, startup, or corporate setting
- Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and DAM/project management platforms such as Brandfolder and Asana
- Proven ability to manage large-scale asset pipelines with precision, hitting deadlines across multiple concurrent workflows
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full lifecycle of approximately 1,500+ digital assets per month, from shoot through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time execution
- Maintain well-organized asset libraries with standardized naming conventions across all platforms, trackers, and storage systems
- Review assets against retailer, marketing, packaging, and eCommerce specifications, and coordinate corrections with offshore post-production and AI studio teams as needed
- Manage end-to-end communication with offshore partner teams — assigning work, resolving issues, and delivering assets through retailer portals and defined processes
- Support image resizing, cropping, and basic color correction during peak production periods, including GenAI rendering tasks as assigned
- Monitor project pipelines, flag risks and blockers proactively, and keep cross-functional partners informed with timely status updates
- Identify and recommend workflow improvements that streamline communication, asset tracking, and delivery
- A highly organized, deadline-driven operator with a sharp eye for quality, a strong command of digital asset workflows, and a solid understanding of the retail and fashion landscape
- A confident cross-functional collaborator who communicates clearly with internal teams, offshore partners, and external stakeholders
- A proactive problem-solver who adapts quickly as priorities shift and brings a process-improvement mindset to everything they do
