Your Background & Expertise:
- Proven experience managing creative or digital projects, with a focus on AR/VR or immersive technologies
- Strong knowledge of production pipelines for AR/VR, including 3D asset development, motion, and UX/UI for immersive environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
- Understanding of AR platforms (e.g., Spark AR, Lens Studio, 8thWall) and VR hardware ecosystems (e.g., Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Apple Vision Pro)
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the planning and execution of AR/VR projects from concept through delivery
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and client teams to define scope, set timelines, and manage deliverables
- Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards upheld
- Translate complex technical processes into clear communication for stakeholders
- Support the integration of emerging technologies into creative strategies
- Experience managing immersive media, gaming, or interactive design projects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of agile or hybrid project management methodologies (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar)
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to problem-solve and adapt quickly
- Passion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries with AR/VR
