This is a full-time role, and the work setup will be onsite. Please note, we are currently considering candidates based in New York, NY.
About Our Client:

- Known for blending creative storytelling with premium product experiences across retail, digital, and eCommerce
Your Background & Expertise:
- 6–8+ years of design experience within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or top-tier agency environments
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, typography, and conceptual depth
- Strong understanding of print production, packaging, and design for physical environments
- Experience collaborating with photo and video teams throughout the creative production process
- A collaborative communicator who can articulate creative decisions clearly and confidently
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the Art Director in developing and executing the brand’s visual identity across campaigns and brand initiatives
- Lead design execution for global campaigns and activations, from concept through final production
- Translate creative direction into thoughtful design systems that scale across digital, print, retail, and experiential channels
- Develop concept-driven work rooted in strong typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Contribute to campaign development through casting input, prop styling, wardrobe direction, and visual research
- Lead and collaborate with photographers, stylists, and production partners to bring creative concepts to life
- Oversee day-to-day design output and maintain a consistent standard of craft and quality across the team
- Support shoot preparation and on-set creative execution as needed
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to balance big-idea conceptual thinking with precise, detail-driven execution
- Experience or interest in motion graphics or video (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects under tight timelines
- Culturally curious, with a deep appreciation for fashion, art, photography, and emerging visual trends
- Collaborative, team-first mindset with a desire to push the work forward
