While this opportunity is not tied to a current opening, we are proactively seeking candidates with this expertise to build our pipeline for upcoming freelance and full-time roles. Your Background & Expertise:
- Proven leadership in design strategy, creative direction, and AI-driven workflows
- Hands-on expertise with generative AI visual tools: MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway Gen-2, Kaiber, and D-ID
- Skilled in AI-powered video, animation, and 3D platforms such as Runway, Spline, Blender (with AI plugins), and Pika Labs
- Strong foundation in traditional design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma
- Experience with AI-enhanced asset creation (image generation, motion graphics, typography, branding)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering for design workflows and creative exploration
- Excellent communicator with proven success in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Direct and inspire teams to integrate AI into design and brand storytelling
- Lead the creation of AI-enhanced campaigns, visuals, and experiences from concept to execution
- Develop workflows that combine human creativity with machine-powered design tools
- Partner with stakeholders to align design innovation with business goals
- Stay at the forefront of AI design trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
- Deep understanding of AI-powered design tools and creative platforms
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to push boundaries using AI
- Proficiency in AI-driven image, motion, and interactive design workflows
- Comfort leading both conceptual ideation and technical execution
- Strong organizational, leadership, and presentation skills
