If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love managing multiple projects, and enjoy being the day-to-day client lead, we’d love to connect.

This is a full-time role, and the work setup will be remote. Please note that we are currently considering candidates based in the United States.

About Our Client:

  • A leading experiential marketing and brand production agency dedicated to creating culture-driven moments that transform audiences into loyal brand advocates.
  • Known for delivering insight-led, immersive brand experiences across live events, digital, social, and emerging platforms.
  • Built on collaboration, strategic thinking, and flawless execution.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven experience managing client relationships and leading day-to-day B2B account activity within an agency, experiential, or integrated marketing environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams, budgets, and timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for culture-driven brand experiences and the ability to translate client objectives into actionable plans.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, managing communications, expectations, and ongoing relationship development.
  • Oversee end-to-end project coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring all deliverables are executed on time, on budget, and in alignment with scope.
  • Translate client goals and feedback into clear briefs, action items, and creative direction for internal teams.
  • Lead internal and external meetings by preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and delivering thorough recaps and next steps.
  • Manage project finances including budget tracking, invoicing coordination, reconciliations, and internal approvals.
  • Support the development of scopes of work, timelines, and client-facing materials for campaigns and activations.
  • Assist with RFPs by contributing to planning documents, creative briefs, and brainstorm sessions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve internal tools, and enhance overall project efficiency.
  • Monitor industry trends, cultural moments, and competitive activity to help uncover new opportunities and inform client strategy.
  • Support onboarding and training efforts by modeling agency processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, experiential marketing, integrated campaigns, or a comparable agency role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing mid-sized budgets and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with confidence in presenting to clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and adaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and social channels.
  • Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as needed to support live events or critical project milestones.
