About Our Client:
- A well-established experiential marketing and brand production agency operating at the intersection of culture, creativity, and strategy
- Known for delivering immersive, insight-driven brand experiences across live events, digital, and integrated campaigns

Your Background & Expertise:
- 7+ years of experience leading client accounts, campaigns, or experiential programs within an agency or integrated marketing environment
- Proven ability to grow and steward senior-level client relationships while managing complex programs and budgets
- Experienced people leader who enjoys mentoring teams and fostering collaboration across disciplines
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as a senior client advisor and primary point of contact across multiple accounts, specifically within the B2B tech industry, guiding strategy, communication, and execution
- Lead the development and delivery of experiential and integrated marketing initiatives from planning through execution
- Own account performance by overseeing revenue growth, profitability, and long-term account planning
- Partner closely with creative, production, strategy, and content teams to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery
- Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing accounts while supporting new business efforts and pitches
- Oversee scopes of work, budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting to ensure projects remain on track
- Manage, mentor, and develop account team members, supporting onboarding, performance growth, and resource planning
- Champion process improvements that enhance efficiency, communication, and consistency across teams
- Stay attuned to cultural trends and industry shifts to inform client recommendations and creative approaches
- Strong agency background with a process-driven mindset and experience managing large-scale experiential B2B programs and budgets that range from ($500K-$2M)
- Confident communicator with the ability to present, negotiate, and counsel clients at a senior level
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach to account growth and problem-solving
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Willingness to support live events and key deliverables outside standard hours when needed
