This is a freelance role, and the work setup will be remote. Please note, we are currently considering candidates based in California or New York, though standout remote talent may also be considered.

Your Background & Expertise:
- Proven experience in experiential design and 3D visualization, with a keen eye for creative detail
- Strong communicator who excels in collaborating with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Passionate about design and immersive brand experiences, focused on delivering visually compelling, high-quality work
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with creative leadership to develop and execute experiential design concepts, including floorplans, renderings, and technical drawings
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate, high-quality production
- Support onsite execution, maintaining creative vision and project integrity
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and pitch development, articulating the rationale behind design choices
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and project documentation to ensure feasibility and smooth execution
- Stay current on design software, tools, and industry trends, leveraging AI where applicable
- Proficiency in 3D design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino) and familiarity with AI-supported design processes
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving creative environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset
- A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking and creative excellence, spec work is acceptable if it reflects your process
