Job Description:

Are you an organized creative mind who thrives in working in a high-performance environment? Do you have experience working in client-facing roles? Artisan Creative is hiring a UX Producer for a distinguished healthcare client in Pasadena. 

In this role, you will act as the main point-person throughout the UX process, managing and defining detailed project plans from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate has experience working with clients and executive leadership on behalf of an internal team and managing 3rd party relationships.

The responsibilities include:

  • Provide client support by collaborating with brand, marketing, product, and creative teams
  • Coordinate with other UX producers, project managers, and teams to ensure design consistency
  • Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and design teams
  • Drive the team and conduct meetings using SOW/estimates, tracking hours/budget and creating timelines
  • Keep objectives clear between internal and vendor resources during the lifespan of projects


  • 1-4 years of web/mobile UX experience in client-facing and/or creative roles

  • 1-4 years of project management experience

  • Experience with Microsoft products, including MS Project

  • High School Diploma/GED
