Job Description:

Artisan Creative is hiring a social media manager to join an in-house marketing team to be the primary go-to for paid social marketing for one of Southern California’s largest law firms. Do you want to be part of a small creative team in charge of creating and maintaining paid social media projects?

In this role, you will report to the marketing director while integrating heavily with senior management, the development team, and content and graphics teams. You will be developing social strategy for both short-term and long-term success on all social media channels, including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and SnapChat.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor performance that impacts qualified lead generation across paid and earned social daily
  • Audience/targeting research alongside SEM team to ensure competitive positioning optimization
  • Online reputation management (ORM) and all social channels that impact ORM

Requirements:

  • Primarily performance-based and lead generation focused expertise

  • A strong business sense (metrics and profitability driven prioritization and projects)

  • Legal industry experience or secondarily highly competitive lead generation experience

  • Executive-level C-Suite communication experience
