Job Description:

Artisan Creative seeks an experienced Director of Project Management who is an expert in project managing eCommerce marketing to join our full-service digital marketing agency client’s team. You will lead a team of project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns, launch eCommerce sites, and oversee our client’s goals. This opportunity is full-time and hybrid twice weekly in Irvine, CA. We seek candidates based in Los Angeles or Orange County and comfortable working a hybrid work schedule.

About You:

  • You have at least seven years of experience as a marketing project manager specializing in eCommerce clients, leading and managing project teams, and other project managers. 
  • You’re passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping others succeed. 
  • You have a deep understanding of marketing campaigns and goals, and you’re skilled at communicating across teams, managing multiple priorities, and proactively anticipating and avoiding project delays. 
  • You have strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and achieve deadlines.

In This Role, You will:

  • Help agency team members meet client experience objectives by driving and defining marketing initiatives and assisting with launching eCommerce websites.
  • Empower creative teams to organize and manage their roadmaps, projects, and communication plans by leveraging project management tools.
  • Build out project management teams and offer mentorship to help facilitate growth.
  • Onboard new project management software and processes to help increase efficiency.  
  • Act as an internal quality control check for client projects to ensure everything operates smoothly.
  • Collaborate with team members to create monthly client reports that fully reflect the team’s efforts and results.
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and supporting tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum seven years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager (Prior experience working in a Marketing agency is highly preferred)
  • Must have experience leading and managing projects and project managers
  • Must have experience with Jira or similar project management tool and onboarding new PM software 
  • Must have a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and achieve deadlines
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, time management, and organizational skills
