Senior Project Manager (Trade-shows) | Job #22776September 8, 2019 Full-time DOE Salary
Artisan Creative is seeking a senior project manager for a full-time opportunity with our client in branded experiential services. This is a full-time onsite role in West LA.
In this role, you will lead internal teams and outside vendors to plan and execute upon world-class events, including exhibits, experiential, environmental, and live events. You will work closely with the client, account manager, designers, and cross-functional teams in order to conceptualize each event, gather all the details, manage budgets, oversee schedules and timelines to produce events that are on time, on budget, and above expectations.
The ideal candidate is a true project manager with a strong background within the experiential space, and have touched upon trade-shows and exhibits. They have high attention to detail, are hyper-organized with strong communication skills. They are approachable, can build rapport and lead collaboratively across teams to achieve success.
- At least 7 years of experience as a project manager in the trade show, exhibits, experiential events space
- Experience working on large, world class events for enterprise level clientsDemonstrable experience within a B2B Global exhibition environment
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Agency experience is highly preferred
