Artisan Creative is searching for a forward-thinking, data-driven Sr. Product E-commerce Manager to join our national retailer client. This full-time role can be remote and open to US-based candidates, although as needed travel to Southern California HQ will be required. Experience working in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle is preferred.

In this role, you be lead a team to drive digital solutions on consumer websites and mobile apps to improve the customer journey and conversion. You will work with multifunctional teams across design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to bring projects to life. Your duties will include identifying and executing improvements to the customer journey, using user stories to define requirements, leading UAT Testing, launching A/B testing, developing backlogs, leading the ideation process for the web and mobile experiences, and using metrics to determine success.  As a senior manager, you will project manage all site improvements, and set leadership expectations for teams based on Agile/Scrum methodologies. You will serve as a company advocate in the industry and marketplace and build robust relationships internally and externally. 

The ideal candidate has over seven years of eCommerce management experience with a specialization in working on loyalty subscriptions and direct-to-consumer projects. Experience with user testing, sprint planning, Jira, and strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills are needed for this role. Experience with  Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus. 


  • 7+ years of E-commerce Product management
  • Proven experience in Ecommerce focusing on loyalty subscription and direct-to-consumer
  • Fluency in Jira is a must, Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey,  optimizing shopping experience  & channel-specific best practices for E-Commerce
  • Agile/Scrum project management experience
  • Strong business, data analysis, and interpretation skill
  • Experience working in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle is preferred
