Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic sales enablement and engagement analyst to build sales cadences and solve complex sales enablement and customer acquisition challenges and support sales enablement and marketing teams to help grow a brand or product.

We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with teammates, can handle several projects at once, and has inside sales experience working within the B2B Fortune 500 space.

Requirements:

About you:

  • You have 3+ years of inside sales experience in the B2B vertical
  • Must have sales and marketing agency experience
  • You are curious and love to learn new things
  • You thrive on solving complex problems and improving processes
  • You take ownership, have accountability, and can manage projects
  • You are deadline and results-oriented
  • You enjoy fast-moving environments with multiple priorities
  • You have experience in a client-facing role and have led workshops/presentations with C-suite executives
  • Experience with inside sales leadership and sales enablement
  • Have strong communication skills—experience with sales or marketing copywriting a plus
  • Experience with SalesLoft, Outreach, Xant, or equivalent sales engagement platform is required

About the role:

  • Work with clients and workshop ideas for customer acquisition and sales engagement strategies
  • Identify opportunities and solve roadblocks within the client’s sales strategy
  • Develop sales cadences and train and coach the sales team on the adoption and implementation of cadence and strategy
  • Collaborate with account reps and writers to execute project plans
  • 100% remote
  • Some travel is required for workshop attendance

This is not a business development role. It is a role within the sales enablement vertical, and requires experience with strategy, engagement, and analysis of the sales cycle.
