Events Project Manager | Job # 13600
March 16, 2023 Contract- 1 year 60-63 phArtisan Creative seeks an Events Project Manager to join our legacy investment management company in Los Angeles. The project manager will ensure successful project delivery through adherence to standards, controls, processes, and quality measures. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a critical thinker, and passionate about delivering successful outcomes. This hybrid role will be in the office three days a week in Southern California.

About You:
- You love to empower teams and take ownership to ensure events are completed on time and on budget.
- You love being a partner to creative teams.
- You have a track record as a leader of multiple projects and sizeable complex projects.
In this role, you will:
• Ensure project delivery through adherence to standards, controls, processes, deliverables, and quality measures
• Keep leadership and stakeholders informed of progress against commitments and escalating issues as needed
• Encourage open team dialogue to aid in expectation clarity, identify actionable opportunities, and address team roadblocks to efficient delivery
• Own and facilitating daily team stand-up meetings, running team retrospectives, working to evoke dialogue, and improving team dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Must be willing to go into the Southern California office three times weekly
- Proven track record of successful project delivery on time, within budget, and to scope
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
