Job Description:

Are you an eCommerce-focused product manager looking to work for one of the leading lifestyle retailers in the US? Do you enjoy sharing new ideas and working with new technologies? Do you have a retail background? This is a full-time remote position for a product manager fluid in Agile with strong retail knowledge. 

Artisan Creative is looking for a product manager to partner up with the IT department and serve as a buffer between eCommerce, marketing, and IT teams. You’ll review backlogs and tickets and will be the go-to person for having a pulse on online and mobile product performance.

You will be responsible for driving digital solutions to improve conversion through the customer journey. You’ll do this by leading ideation, technical development, launches, and optimizing digital experiences across consumer websites and mobile app.  

Responsibilities:

  • Define functional scope of a variety of projects across consumer website and mobile app that introduce new features and functionalities or improve existing features and functions
  • Translate requirements and specifications of new features or enhancements into user stories and associated acceptance criteria
  • Project manage all site improvements and ensure projects are proceeding according to schedule and meeting functional and design specifications
  • Partner with design, engineering, marketing and analytics to see projects through execution
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform success of products, discover optimization opportunities, hypothesize and launch A/B tests to optimize shopping experience
  • Responsible for executing digital roadmap

Requirements:

  • Previously held roles as a digital product manager in eCommerce – retail and/or apparel
  • Skilled with user testing, data analysis, competitors, and market analysis
  • Extensive Sales Commerce Cloud or similar digital platform experience
  • Agile and Jira fluency
  • Able to manage one direct report (UX designer)
