Job Description:

Are you a results-oriented marketing project manager looking to join the team of an award-winning, rapidly growing law firm? Artisan Creative is working with one of the top-rated law firms in Southern California to hire a full-time Marketing Project Manager. 

This is a role for someone who can lead and manage multiple projects and activities of varying types and scopes, ensuring objectives and project deliverables are accomplished according to plan. You’ll be directly supporting the Director of Marketing with various tasks such as planning and scheduling meetings, recording meeting notes, and handling inter-department communication concerning projects. This position would be the perfect fit for someone who is adaptable and able to perform effectively under pressure and through significant change.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a marketing project manager within a large organization or heavily regulated industry such as legal, healthcare, or finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and with all levels of the organization, including C-suite
