Job Description:

Artisan Creative seeks a Marketing  Project Coordinator to join our nationally awarded healthcare client’s team for a 24-month fully remote contract. Only California-based applicants will be accepted at this time.

About You: 

  • You are organized and understand timelines and schedules for various projects.
  • You are skilled at developing cost estimates and creative briefs
  • You can take feedback and handle it professionally to ensure that the projects run smoothly and effectively. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Be in charge of communicating the project status and ensuring things run efficiently according to the scheduled timeline. 
  • Manage all project management responsibilities, including resources, information, timeframes, requirements, budgeting, and more. 
  • Be a point of contact/liaison with the internal team and external client. 


  • BA degree in Business or Communications or a related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working as a project coordinator
  • Experience with Wrike, MS Office Suite, Outlook, MS Teams
  • Must have strong organizational skills and time management experience
  • Must be a skilled verbal and written communicator
