Artisan Creative is looking for an Executive Assistant to join a mid-sized brand and marketing agency in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time position includes managing on behalf of the CEO. The client is accepting applications from California residents at this time.
As the Executive Assistant, you will be managing the CEO’s calendar, ensuring that their schedule is adhered to in a timely manner. You will also be in constant communication with the CEO as you organize the day-to-day needs, utilizing Microsoft Outlook often. You will be the point of contact between the CEO and executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. The support breakdown for this position is 75% business-related, 25% personal business related.
The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience as an executive assistant. You have a professional level of expertise with MS Office knowledge, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. You also have experience working in an agency or extremely fast-paced environment, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively and time efficiently.

- Able to handle any/all confidential information, issues, and matters in a sensitive manner
- Prior experience working in an agency or extremely fast-paced environment
