Artisan Creative is working with a series A D2C startup in the health and wellness space to hire an ecommerce product manager. This company is creating groundbreaking products with a mission to impact and change lives.
As the ecommerce product manager, you must have hands-on experience managing a Shopify store and creating digital experiences that convert (subscription service experience is preferred). You’ll be the expert when it comes to optimizing conversion and retention rates across the site and will be hyper-focused on data using Google Analytics and other platforms to shape decision-making.
Your role will be to create and own the product roadmap for the website and overall online experience. You’ll consider conversion and retention strategies and enable a deluge of conversion optimization tactics to be tested and implemented. You’ll create product marketing reports and dashboards and manage any QA testing, too.
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce and product management
- Able to work with engineering, marketing, customer service, and other departments.
- Able to use SQL to pull data
- Previous experience working on D2C brands
- Agile/Scrum project management experience
