Job Description:

We’re looking for a best-in-class digital product manager to join a leading financial services and investment company. This position requires a strong background in financial consulting firms and will see you work in a senior-level position to deliver brand defining experiences. 

As the digital product manager your work will span the entire delivery process: from identifying customer needs, business case development, gaining internal investment, defining digital experiences and ensuring successful launches. This is a leadership position that represents the B2B customer; leading an integrated team and working with business units and development teams, you’ll play a key role in championing user-entered design and building relationships between teams to deliver best-in-class experiences.

What you’ll do:
-Leverage your deep understanding of B2B sales cycles alongside data and customer insights to define and socialise experience value propositions in order to deliver better digital experience for B2B customers.

 
-Work with business partners to prioritise and manage all aspects of digital experience roadmaps.
 
-Provide direction, guidance, and translate business requirements and customer insights for designers, IT, Digital Operations, national/retail operations and other key stakeholders. 

-Serve as a trusted advisor across teams and the business on how an experience does/could manifest throughout the product.

What you’ll need:
-A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management for enterprise-level or Fortune 500 companies.
-Deep understanding of consulting firms and financial industry. 
-Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to drive product roadmap and design
-Experience in development & launch of Mobile strategy, roadmap & execution
-Experience developing business cases & project plans
 -Ability to effectively plan and manage the work of diverse, multiple teams
