Job Description:

Artisan Creative is seeking a full-time digital producer/traffic manager for an independent creative agency in Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role between trafficking, project management, and digital producing. The agency is currently working remote and will offer a hybrid remote/onsite situation in the future. Candidates must be local to the SoCal area.

As the digital producer/traffic manager you will be handling the master workflow chart and working between account management and the creative department. You will be the agency’s steward when it comes to managing workflow. This role contains elements of traditional traffic management, as well as creative resource management. You’ll work with vendors, freelancers and handle creative resourcing. Projects vary and include video, social, banners and print.

The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly push timelines forward and get work completed on time from the creative department. You’ll be assertive, diplomatic and detail-orientated.


  • Previous experience in traditional traffic management or digital producing role
  • Ability to handle creative resource management
  • Strong knowledge of managing digital assets and the schedules/constraints around digital projects
  • Previous agency experience or producers from content/video platforms
