Are you a dynamic and results-oriented writer and content consultant with a passion for crafting impactful sales strategies and materials? We’re seeking a Content Consultant to join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in elevating sales initiatives. In this multifaceted role, you will consult closely with sales organizations, both in-house and through agencies, to provide expert guidance and create compelling sales enablement materials.

Requirements:
Content Consultancy:
- Develop engaging and conversational sales talk tracks and related content.
- Refine and structure discovery and workshop insights to create sharp, distinctive, and memorable messaging.
- Craft talk tracks that align with our client’s messaging framework, and is devoid of vague language and jargon, and resonate with sales representatives.
- Generate concise and compelling derivative content, including emails, voicemails, call scripts, and infographics.
Workshop Co-facilitation:
- Foster constructive collaboration with facilitators during online and in-person workshops, contributing valuable insights and working together to craft compelling narratives.
- Pose clarifying questions to workshop participants to help them articulate their most compelling stories.
- Maintain composure in high-pressure situations, especially when engaging with C-suite level officers from Fortune 500 companies
- Collaborate with facilitators and be agile to make changes based on group dynamics and room interactions.
Sales Environment Fluency:
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their unique selling environments, challenges, necessary adaptations, and target accounts and audiences.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of complex sales organizations and processes, encompassing various sales roles, responsibilities, terminology, and behaviors.
- Align the client’s current or future sales process with the playbook, conversations, and assets you create.
Project Management:
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the engagement, from initiation to final deliverables.
- Identify potential challenges to a successful engagement and communicate risks clearly to the client.
- Thoroughly and confidently explain our client’s processes, policies, and methodologies.
- Conduct in-depth discussions with senior sales, commercial, strategy, and marketing executives to pinpoint target accounts and audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with customer engagement managers, senior client partners, and sales representatives to coordinate programs, timelines, status updates, client relations, scope, and project escalations as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables to clients, free from typos and grammatical errors.
- Manage projects efficiently and autonomously with minimal supervision.
Collaboration with Design and Video Teams:
- Articulate our client’s memorable principles and write content that aligns with these principles.
- Partner with creative directors, designers, and video production teams to guide content creation, ensuring alignment between design and messaging.
- Review designed assets and provide constructive feedback on their alignment with the intended message.
