Job Description:

User experience paired with a strong knack for all things eCommerce? Our client in the beauty space is looking for someone just like you for a full-time role near Century City, CA.

We're on the lookout for a UX designer with a strong visual eye and previous experience working in eCommerce, preferably for beauty or fashion clients. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and design layouts, user flows and interaction behaviors for an optimal custom user experience. You will advocate for the latest in UX design standards and constantly challenge your team to advance. 

The ideal candidate has solid UX design skills but also brings several other skills to the table, such as visual design, front end development, knowledge of SEO and eCommerce best practices.  They are extremely detailed oriented with impeccable communication skills. They understand the user experience cycle throughout the entire online shopping experience and can spot pain points with suggestions on how to improve. 


5 years of experience as a UX designer
3 years of experience designing for eCommerce
Strong skills in visual design
Experience with HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design techniques
Strong background in eCommerce, preferably within beauty, wellness, or fashion
Familiarity with Salesforce
