Job Description:

Have you produced some of entertainment's best in class experiential events? Are you a producer with strong project management skills and the ability to lead diverse teams from conception through to full-scale production? 

We're working with an experiential agency near South Bay who are looking to bring on a senior producer who can manage their large scale event activations from inception through to completion working closely with the client, internal teams, and outside vendors. 

In this role, you will interpret the clients' needs and translate those ideas into solutions and into life experiences. You will do this by putting together budgets, timelines, deliveries, and overseeing diverse teams of talent across the organization and outside vendors in order to execute. 

The ideal candidate comes from a solid entertainment background with strong ties to the studios.  They have experience with experiential events, animation, 2D, 3D, VFX, and more. They have a strong creative eye and can visually strategize with clients on final outlook. They have produced large scale experiential events and worked with major brands in the entertainment space.

This role will require long hours and attendance to event launches typically on the weekends. Occasional travel for client meetings and events. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree  in media, design or arts-related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of senior creative responsibility, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with external stakeholders
  • Ability to leverage vendor and agency relationships and experiences
  • 2D and 3D software literacy as well as Video, Flash and Web knowledge
  • Ability to direct a diverse staff
  • The ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
