Job Description:

Do you have experience growing a product line within a large organization? Are you experienced in driving customer growth, loyalty, and attrition? This is a highly visible role within a large organization who is a leader in their space of pet-focused products. 

The director of product will oversee a small but mighty team of customer experience specialists while working in tandem with marketing teams across digital and CX. Your role will be responsible for the management and growth of a major brand that generates hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue each year. You will generate new product opportunities, market, and product research and manage relationships across departments including marketing, IT, finance, operations, legal and more. 

What you'll get to do: 
-Lead strategy for a major brand to increase customer enrollments and renewals. 
-Leverage quantitative methods and client insights to identify new opportunities. 
-Work with field management teams to create strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness, enrollments, and renewals. 

What you'll need: 
7-10 years of leadership experience for a large organization focused on product management. 
Experience driving high-profile programs with multi-million dollars in revenue. 
Experience in managing product lines, pricing, strategy and creative. 
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across the US and Canada.
Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset.
