Job Description:

Are you a brand manager who is capable of straddling both creative and quantitative marketing? Do you have a solid understanding of CPG and client retention? 

We're hiring a full-time brand manager / product manager to join a national company in the pet care space. With hundreds of locations across the country, this role will drive client engagement through marketing and the development of CPG products for a major brand.

This is a role that straddles both the quantitative and creative sides of marketing. On the data side, you will be involved in forecasting, budget management, sales projects and building out strategies based on data. On the flip side--and the bulk of the role--you will own the communications strategies for direct-to-client and direct-to-consumer for integrated marketing campaigns. 

-Own and drive strategy around CPG products.
-Work collaboratively with BU and department stakeholders to develop integrated marketing programs that drive client engagement around products, categories, and services.
-Participate in program development, launch, and ongoing engagement, developing communication, education and promotion material, as well as setting and monitoring progress against program KPIs.
-Manage all aspects of related tactical plans, including timely delivery of all product deliverables.
-Ensure quality and accuracy of plan realization with different stakeholders and across functional areas.
-Develop product positioning and value proposition to ensure the achievement of KPI targets, including revenue and profitability.
-Maintain purchase, sales, and budget forecasts for focus categories and brands.

-At least 5 years of experience in CPG brand or product management.
-Omnichannel marketing experience - hands-on with executing marketing campaigns.
-Strong project management skills with a solid grasp of financial planning and data.
-Experience in lifestyle, wellness, health or beauty industries a plus.
