Artisan is in the business of pairing top creative companies with top creative talent, and we are looking for an energetic, motivated Account Manager.

Position Overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for identifying, developing and closing business opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, leading proposal development efforts, and other related sales activities. 

The successful candidate will be a sales driver. S/he will run with initiatives and be comfortable controlling meetings as soon as they enter a room.  S/he will also have a thorough understanding of consultative sales in either the staffing or creative world and will be able to build close, trusting relationships in all professional and social settings.

Essential Functions:
- Develop sales strategies and execute account plans in support of goals/objectives.
- Work with recruiting team in creating and executing temporary placement strategies for creative talent.
- Develop and present proposals/job orders that clearly convey clients needs, project approach, relevant talent experience, and client benefits.
- Understand competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and effectively articulate competitive advantage

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following:

- Minimum of 5+ years experience selling temporary and staffing solution oriented engagements.
- Recent “new” business development experience in opening new accounts.
- Understanding of current creative web concepts, solutions & environments.
- Excellent time management, written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to demonstrate an immediate, positive impact on sales.
- Effective negotiation and closing techniques to secure profitable business.
- Superior presentation and communication skills
