We are looking for a seasoned PR Manager with excellent Social Media experience for our retail client in the Home Decor Space. Reporting to Senior members of the Internet Marketing team and working alongside the company's PR agency, this position will manage the publicity strategy for multiple company websites through social media, word of mouth' marketing, PR and brand marketing.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Outreach to media and design community, including bloggers, magazine editors, publicists and TV producers
Develop out of the box promotions and grassroot efforts through print, social and television to create viral buzz for the company and its brands
Secure features, interviews and product mentions with interior design, DIY & decorating oriented websites, magazines and TV/cable
Oversee community management responsibilities as the marketing lead for Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest and any other social media outlets

Job Requirements:

7+ years work experience with at least 5+ years of PR, brand management and social media experience
Bachelor's Degree
An established network of contacts and relationships across web, social, print and television
Experience pitching & getting products / personalities featured in top media like network television, cable programs, web and print
Able to communicate exceptionally well with stakeholders
An interest or background in the interior design or home decor industry a huge plus.

We are looking for a full-time Multimedia Production Manager to work out of our client's LA office.

You will be continually engaged in delivering outstanding work on projects large and small, from full website redesign and restructuring to producing a quarterly publication. You must be equally comfortable creatively and working with our creative team as well to develop projects to be presented to clients. You are accustomed to creating and managing multiple projects at once and are creative, forward thinking and work well in a team environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Manage the development, production and delivery of all multimedia and interactive projects.
Creative input to interactive projects from wireframing to full development.
Source creative elements, logistics and pricing for upcoming and pending projects.
Work with development vendors to develop functional specs, review and approve functional specs with client and ensure final product includes all required specs.
Build out production schedules for all assigned projects
Manage internal team and outside vendors for timely development of all deliverables.
Review production projects for accuracy and client's requirements prior to production.
Delivery of all assets to vendors.
Troubleshooting, tracking and logistics of all projects to insure delivery prior to deadline
Daily project status updates using Project Management Software.

Production- Interactive:

Develop wireframes and design comps for web, tablet and mobile apps working with our internal creative department.
Develop the business and functional requirements for websites and mobile apps based on the approved comps from client
Source the requirements to developers (either existing ones or new ones) for estimates and delivery quotes
Manage the chosen developer; wireframe, production & UAT testing
Work with internal creative and video team to create and identify assets needed for development.
Work with client to identify review process, including legal & client sign off.

Production - Print & Merchandise:

Identify print production requirements from client and creative team for upcoming projects
Source those requirements to vendors, identifying pricing and delivery turn around
Work with vendors: review all vendor proofs prior to manufacturing/printing for accuracy of copy, color, sizing, & all other required production specifications to ensure that the product comes out as desired.
Tracking all projects to make sure all product is delivered to destination prior to deadline.

Project, Team & Financial Management:

Reports to Account Manager and works with Project Manager to facilitate production for creative deliverables.
Submit creative briefs to internal creative dept & develops designs to meet the client's expectations.
Receive direction directly from client & execute accordingly.
Assist Art Director and Video Producer in creation, layout of mood boards or pitches as needed.
Submit check requests, update budget tracker, coordinate vendor payments and actualize the production cost.
Coordinate and manage projects with vendors ensuring that all contracts, scope of works & billing is coordinated.

Production Resource Management:

Maintain a database of vendors for print, manufacturing, creative and interactive projects
Oversee the organization of all creative assets for all design files, manufacturing samples & production sample archive.

Required Skills:

Must have at least 3-5 years experience as a production manager
At least two years of website and App development experience
At least two years of merchandise development & production experience
Project Management Software experience
Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail are a must
Communication skills with multiple years of experience in team and client settings
Must be flexible in the ability to take on innovative projects that have not been attempted before
Must be able to work in a fast paced, constantly moving work environment
Must be able to multitask without issue
Quick thinker with the ability to proactively problem solve
Extensively versed in all Adobe CS and Microsoft office programs

Coordinate website production calendar with communications staff, and maintain log of new requests. Recommends and may provide content updates to keep website current. Secures internal approvals and measures & analyzes the website traffic to key pages and of document downloads.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in website production.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
